STHM+ Shipping Policy

We know that once you've ordered something, you mostly just want to know when it's going to turn up. So here's the useful stuff.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
We don't currently offer international delivery, but it's something we may introduce in the future.
Delivery cost
Standard UK delivery is £3.95 per order.
The delivery charge will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Preorders
Our current STHM+ range is available to preorder, with dispatch expected in September 2026.
We'll email you when your order has been dispatched and provide tracking information where available.
Our preorder dispatch timing is an estimate. If anything happens that causes a material delay, we'll let you know using the email address provided with your order.
If we are unable to fulfil your preorder, we'll contact you and provide a full refund.
If you'd like to cancel your preorder before it has been dispatched, email hello@sthm-plus.com with your order number.
Once products are in stock
Once an item is in stock, we'll display the applicable estimated dispatch or delivery information on our website or during checkout.
Delivery times shown are estimates unless we specifically tell you otherwise.
Tracking your order
Where tracking is available, we'll include a tracking link or tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
Please allow a little time after receiving the email for the carrier's tracking information to update.
Delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order.
If you've made a mistake, contact us at hello@sthm-plus.com as quickly as possible and we'll do our best to change it before dispatch.
Once an order has been handed to the delivery carrier, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Delayed or missing deliveries
If your order hasn't arrived when expected, please check any tracking information we've provided first.
If it still appears to have gone a bit wonky, email hello@sthm-plus.com with your order number and we'll investigate.
Where we're responsible for arranging delivery to you, your statutory rights regarding delivery are unaffected by any investigation we make with the carrier.
Damaged deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@sthm-plus.com as soon as possible with your order number and details of the problem.
A photograph of the packaging and product can be really helpful when we investigate what happened.
We'll get it sorted.
