Welcome to STHM+.
These Terms of Service explain the terms that apply when you visit sthm-plus.com or purchase products from us.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. About us

Throughout these terms, “STHM+”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business above.
2. Our products
STHM+ sells storage products for supplements and other suitable items.
We do not manufacture, sell or supply the supplements themselves.
We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colours, dimensions and finishes accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device, and minor variations may occur between manufactured products.
Product images are provided to help illustrate the products and their intended use.
3. Ordering from us
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
After ordering, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example where:
- a product is unavailable;
- there has been an obvious pricing or product information error;
- we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment;
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity; or
- we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount due to your original payment method.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
The total amount payable, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment is taken using the payment methods available at checkout.
We take reasonable care to ensure our prices are correct. If we discover an obvious pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.
5. Preorders
Some STHM+ products may be available to purchase before they are ready for dispatch.
Products offered in this way will be clearly identified as preorders.
Our current preorder range is expected to dispatch in September 2026.
Any dispatch date or window provided for a preorder is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Manufacturing and international shipping can occasionally introduce delays outside our reasonable control.
If there is a material change to the expected dispatch timing, we'll contact affected customers using the email address provided with their order.
You may request to cancel a preorder before it has been dispatched by contacting hello@sthm-plus.com.
If we are unable to fulfil your preorder, we will provide a full refund.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery information will be displayed during checkout and/or on our Delivery page.
Once an order has been dispatched, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email and, where available, tracking information.
Please make sure the delivery information you provide is complete and accurate.
If you realise you've provided incorrect delivery information, contact us as quickly as possible at hello@sthm-plus.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
7. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Your rights to cancel an online order and return products are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.
For most online purchases, UK consumers have a statutory cancellation period in addition to their rights where goods are faulty.
Nothing in these terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
8. Faulty or damaged products
We are responsible for supplying goods that meet your consumer rights.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must, among other requirements, be of satisfactory quality and as described.
If your STHM+ product arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at hello@sthm-plus.com with your order number and details of the problem.
Photographs can be helpful when investigating damage, but providing one does not affect your statutory rights.
9. Product use
Our products should be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions supplied with them.
STHM+ products are storage products only and aren't intended to provide medical advice, diagnose or treat any health condition.
You remain responsible for following the storage instructions provided by the manufacturer of any supplements, medicines or other products you choose to store in STHM+ products.
Where the original packaging contains important information such as dosage instructions, ingredients, allergens, expiry dates, batch information or safety warnings, you should retain that information.
10. Website information
We try very hard to keep the website accurate and working properly.
Occasionally, information may contain errors or the website may be temporarily unavailable.
We may update product descriptions, pricing, availability and website content where reasonably necessary.
Nothing on our website should be considered medical or healthcare advice.
11. Intellectual property
The STHM+ name, branding, product designs, artwork, photography, graphics, written content and other original material appearing on our website belong to us or are used by us with permission.
They may not be reproduced, copied, distributed or used commercially without permission except where permitted by law.
You are, however, extremely welcome to share links to our website and our publicly available social content.
12. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and your statutory consumer rights.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where the law says otherwise.
If you're purchasing products as a consumer, these products are supplied for private and domestic use.
13. Privacy
We use personal information to process orders, communicate with customers, operate our website and for other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
Please see our Privacy Policy for further information about how your personal information is collected and used.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our products, website, business or legal requirements.
The terms applying to your purchase will be those in effect when you place your order.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live elsewhere in the UK, you will also retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you where you live.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
