Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Preorders

STHM+ products offered as preorders may be cancelled at any time before your order has been dispatched.

To cancel a preorder, email hello@sthm-plus.com with your name and order number.

If your cancellation request is received before dispatch, we'll cancel your preorder and refund any amount paid to your original payment method.

Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled as a preorder. However, you may still have the right to cancel and return your order after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory consumer rights.

Our current preorder range is expected to dispatch in September 2026. If there is a material change to the expected dispatch timing, we'll contact you using the email address provided with your order.

If we're unable to fulfil your preorder, we'll cancel the order and provide a full refund.

Changes to a preorder

If you'd like to change your preorder before dispatch, contact hello@sthm-plus.com as soon as possible.

We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but we can't guarantee that an order can be amended once it has entered the fulfilment process.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

That can go straight into Shopify's Purchase options cancellation policy box. It's deliberately consistent with the Returns, Terms and Shipping policies we've just created, so we don't end up with four different pages accidentally promising four different things.
